HOTEL: HALLMARK HOTEL LLYNDIR HALL
ARRIVAL (How was your welcome?)
The welcome was warm and friendly

Sue: I had the Prawn Cocktail and the Prawns were very fresh on a bed of lettuce.
MAIN COURSES –
Jo: I ordered the ‘Hallmark’ Smokey Joe burger. It comes with fries, coleslaw, and gherkin. It was a lovely thick beef pate burger, lashes of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on a toasted bun. Very tasty.
Sue: I had the 8oz Sirloin Steak which was cooked just right to my taste. It came with Chunky chips, a tomato, mushroom and rocket lettuce.
Jo: One for the chocolate lovers. I ordered a Rich dark chocolate tart on a chocolate base with cream and raspberry sauce.
Sue: The Eton Mess came with lashings of ice cream, cream, meringue and strawberry sauce.
Jo: The service was excellent. Polite and friendly yet professional.
Sue: The service was prompt and very helpful with the menu and speed of service.
Jo: The atmosphere was a warm and friendly one with nice decent level music in the background. The tables were set well and the restaurant was clean.
Sue: The atmosphere was friendly and homely and the staff were eager to please. The music was low and the restaurant was clean and welcoming
Jo: From entering the restaurant to leaving, the staff and food were impeccable. The level of service towards myself was lovely. Definitely, would recommend.
Sue: The whole taster experience was a lovely one. It was so nice not to be treated differently, just because it was a competition and not a paying guest. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and hotel.
