When it comes to gym membership, those monthly fees can add up, so here’s our advice on how to get your money’s worth:
Use all of the equipment

Many gyms have swimming pools, as well as saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs. After a marathon workout, why not take some time to relax in the spa?
Take a class
Most gyms offer a range of workout classes from aqua aerobics to Zumba. Classes are a great way to work out for those of us who lack a little motivation. Being around others might make you more likely to go the extra mile.
Make going to the gym part of your routine
If you schedule your time at the gym in advance, you will be less inclined to skip your workouts. Whether you go before or after work or as part of your lunch break, stick to your resolve as though it were a business appointment.
Talk to people
Being part of a gym can be a positive social interaction and a great way to network with like-minded people. Many gyms encourage this kind of community with regular events.
