Our brand new menu offers the best of British comfort food with some international favourites thrown in for good measure.
Our new summer menu is here to offer an even warmer welcome to our guests at 19 hotels across the country. We have listened closely to customers and prepared a collection of some of your long-loved favourite dishes and real home comforts, including Classic Fish & Chips with mushy peas and a creamy homemade tartar sauce; Chicken Tikka Makhani with a fragrant coriander naan bread and a delicious Layered Beef Lasagne Al Forno with a mixed salad and warm garlic bread.
Even though there’s a host of classics, our expert chefs have given real care and attention to each recipe, so our diners enjoy the true depth of flavour they expect in our restaurants. Our halloumi fries are served in a herb crumb with a sweet chilli & coriander dip, our rich Chicken Liver Pate includes flavours of brandy and we’re so proud of our mac and cheese that we’re calling it ‘Our Mac ‘N’ Cheese.’

This could be the start of something good. Try one of our selection of starters, or order a few small plates if a tapas-style meal is more your thing. Taking inspiration from popular ingredients and flavours, dishes include Pan-Fried King Prawns & Chorizo with notes of garlic and lemon, served on a warm sourdough bloomer and hot Buffalo Chicken Wings, perfectly served with a blue cheese dip and celery sticks to help cool down.
Is there anything better than a burger served on a brioche bun, dressed with creamy mayo, crisp lettuce, sweet tomato and red onion, all with a side of skin on fries and Cheddar slaw? We think not. We are offering you Classic Prime Beef Burgers with or without melted cheddar, bacon and beer battered onion rings. Our Veggie Burger filled with spiced butternut squash and quinoa also really hits the spot.
Our main dishes take inspiration from nostalgic classics, including our Classic Fish & Chips, garlic and rosemary Half Roast Chicken with red wine gravy and Smoked Haddock Mornay, served traditionally with a rich cheese sauce.
But this selection of favourites hasn’t neglected newer and exciting trends for foodies; our Pulled Beef Wellington is made with tender pulled beef that’s been slow cooked to perfection.
