Hallmark Hotels Christmas Markets in Gloucester

Gloucester Quays Victorian Christmas Market

From: 19th November to 22nd November

Short but oh-so-sweet would be one way to describe this throwback to times gone by. Returning for 2015, the hugely popular Gloucester Quays Victorian Christmas Market centres on the eponymous Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet, and brings a beautiful ambience to the area. 3778550_05721dbeWith no less than 150 stalls boasting handmade gifts, food and drink, there’s plenty to peruse and keep warm with. Taking the idea one step further, expect to see a host of people in period dress, brass bands, buskers, choirs, an old barrel organ, traditional 19th Century carousel, arts and crafts activities. And if the temperature really does drop, head to the real ale tavern for a good old knees up and sing-along, Guv’nor.
