Hallmark Hotel Chester The Queen has won an Award of Excellence based on customer feedback.
The Award was given by Irish coach tour operator, CIE Tours International, which recognises the quality of the UK’s hotels and visitor attractions by awarding a merit award to those who have received a greater than 90% customer satisfaction rating.
Hallmark Hotel Chester The Queen, was awarded the Excellence award based on the feedback of the 14,000 visitors CIE brought to the UK in 2016. The hotel has abundant character, was the original railway hotel and delights its visitors with over 150 years of fascinating history.
The award ceremony was held at House for an Art Lover in Glasgow.
