Situated on the golden links of the North West coast in Southport, Royal Birkdale is possibly the finest of all courses in England. Royal Birkdale has held more Championship and International events since World War 2 than any other course in the world.

The course forms part of England's finest stretch of coastal links being adjacent to Royal Birkdale and Southport & Ainsdale with Formby Golf Club a few miles down the road. A true championship links, Hillside recently hosted Open Championship Final Qualifying between 2014 - 2017 and during its illustrious history has hosted some of the most prestigious events in the professional and amateur game.

Running through mature sand dunes and pinewoods, the combination of well protected greens, undulating fairways and challenging tee shots signifies a course of magnificent contrasts.

An Open Championship qualifying venue designed by the legendary Scottish designer, James Braid, the course has been on its present site since 1932. The views from the course are quite spectacular, with Longridge Fells and Waddington providing the backdrop to Stonyhurst College and Mitton Church. To the east is Pendle Hill, scene of many witch trials so legend states.

Royal Lytham & St Annes
It is one of the premier links courses in the world, host to eleven Open Championships, two Ryder Cups and numerous other major tournaments including the Women's and Seniors Open Championships and the Walker Cup in 2015.

There are so many fine courses on Lancashire’s “Golf Coast” and Fairhaven might not be a natural choice for those seeking out the big names. But you really will be missing something, something really special if you overlook Fairhaven. It’s a delightful course and one of the area’s real gems.

Situated a mere seven miles from the Southport coast, founded in 1899, the Club offers a 6,533-yard, par-70 course over 125 acres. Previously the Old Deer Park of Lathom House, its easy-walking heathland feels well off the beaten track despite its proximity to the historic market town of Ormskirk.

The golf course is simply stunning, set in 142 acres of picturesque countryside in the rural village of Pleasington. Originally designed by George Lowe and later extended by Sandy Herd the layout offers the golfer a unique challenge with a wonderful variety of holes.

Southport & Ainsdale
The club has hosted two Ryder Cup matches in 1933 and 1937 and a number of other prestigious championships including The British Ladies’ Open and The British Amateur. It remains a final qualifying course for The Open Championship and it has been voted by one golf magazine as among the top 50 courses in Great Britain.

St Annes Old Links
The signature 9th hole was voted by Golf World in the May 2010 issue as the Top 9th Hole in Great Britain and Ireland. The great Bobby Jones is quoted as saying "it's difficult to see how you could improve on this". Enough said!
