Hallmark Hotel Manchester has some of the best and largest meeting facilities in the north west of England. Our stunning and popular Merlot Suite has a reinforced floor which means heavy equipment can be used for functions and conferences, not to mention it has a capacity for up to 500 delegates. 

Of course, as a major conference venue, we have the entire infrastructure needed to plan, manage and support your event. Our team is made up of professional event coordinators with the experience to help you deliver against your business objectives.

Syndicate rooms and conference suites

We have nine rooms in total and these can all be configured in a variety of ways, from open-plan for a cocktail reception through to theatre-style for presentations. Whether it’s team-building or training, networking or sit-down dinners, we can help.

Bedrooms and leisure facilities

All of our 88 bedrooms have free WiFi, a spacious working desk and comfortable chair – just right to ensure your delegates and staff arrive each morning, well rested and relaxed. All guests and delegates have free use of the health and leisure club, and our clients always find it very positive for productivity and focus.

As the name suggests, Hallmark Hotel Manchester is very well connected. Delegates could be flying in from any one of hundreds of destinations worldwide, and take their place at your conference within an hour of landing. The Hotel is within easy reach of Manchester city centre, Wilmslow railway station, and just minutes from the M60, M6 and M56.

Our Merlot Suite is accessible for cars allowing flexibility for the automotive industry looking for a venue for training or awards where car access is required. The suite offers great access from our service road and is a large room suitable for up to 300 cabaret or 360 banquet style. The room can be split into two if required.
