Sweep up our tree-lined driveway to our exquisite grade II listed manor house which dates back to the 17th century. Despite our relatively secluded location, we’re incredibly easy to get to. We’re just three miles from the M1 and have good links to London and nearby Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park. Flitwick train station is just a mile away and trains run to London every 35 minutes.

You would expect the food at Hallmark Hotel Flitwick Manor to be rather special. It has form, after all. Centuries of form. Since the 17th century it has been at the heart of a beautiful estate where countless generations of the Rhodes, Dells and Brooks families have dined in style. It has hosted family dinners, balls and wedding banquets.
The Local Area
The village of Flitwick – pronounced ‘Flit-ick’ is mentioned in the Domesday Book as a ‘hamlet on the River Flitt’. Flitwick Wood, an ancient woodland has enjoyable walks and scenery. Flitwick Moor is the largest area of wetland in Bedfordshire. This nature reserve is home to many birds and dragonflies. Houghton House is a grand 17th century mansion built in 1621. Wrest Park House set in 90 acres of pretty gardens, originally laid out in the 18th century and later re-worked by Capability Brown, has marble fountains and an orangery. The 12th century motte-and-bailey Castle is just a few miles away.

It is very close to Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park, so it is popular with families visiting these well-known attractions. It’s also a convenient business destination, with excellent conference facilities and good access to the M1 as well as Woburn Golf Course.
