Planning a part of special celebration in Derby?

Experience is crucial if it’s to run smoothly and the specialist team at the Hallmark Hotel Derby Midland has spent years organizing and managing everything from landmark birthday celebrations to wedding anniversaries, christenings and graduations. We’ve also been asked to organize charity and sporting dinners. In other words, name the function and, almost certainly, we’ve helped plan, organize and host it.

Of course it helps that we have a super location with great road, rail and air links, and brilliantly diverse range of beautiful event spaces. Our four main banqueting suites (and five further event rooms) can cater for up to 200 people for an evening party, as easily they do an intimate family gathering. Expect beautiful Victorian features including sash windows, towering ceilings and period details, combined with tasteful contemporary décor, state-of-the-art facilities, and, in the case of our Garden Room, a lovely outlook over walled grounds.

Add in our expert, experienced, well-connected planners and organizers, along with a crack kitchen squad who can create everything from multi-course feasts, epic buffets and superb canapés and you can relax, you’re in very safe hands.
