How can I cancel my booking?
If you’ve booked a Flexible, room only, bed and breakfast or dinner bed and breakfast package, you can cancel up to 2pm on the day of arrival without any charges being made. You can either call your chosen hotel directly to cancel or, if you booked online at Hallmark Hotels, you can use the modify of cancel my booking link to cancel. If you don’t manage to cancel your stay, then the credit card you used to guarantee your booking will be used to charge for your first night’s stay. If you book any of the Hallmark Hotel offers or save 10% by booking the Hallmark Advance Purchase package, then payment is taken for your stay when you book and is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
What is the check-in/check-out time?Check-in time at your Hallmark Hotel is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. It is possible for you to organise an early check-in or a late check-out for £30. You can add this to your booking by calling your chosen hotel before your stay begins. If you turn up for your stay before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage with our team and enjoy a drink or bite in the Brasserie or bar before your check-in time.
How do I access the WiFi?WiFi is free, unlimited and fast at all Hallmark Hotels. It’s ideal for downloading emails, browsing the website, catching up on social media and watching your favourite TV programmes. Login is easy by connecting to Hallmark WiFi and submitting some brief details before you are online. The good news is you only ever have to register to use our WiFi once and then we'll always recognise your device regardless of which Hallmark Hotel you next use.

I only booked bed and breakfast and now we want to add dinner to our stay, how do we go about doing this?You’ve made a great decision choosing to add dinner to your break. We pride ourselves on our Best of British food served in friendly and relaxed brasseries by our top notch team. To add dinner to your stay simply contact your chosen hotel before your stay to take advantage of a discounted dinner price. Of course, you can wait until you arrive at the hotel but we strongly recommend you book in advance to get a much better dinner deal. Once you've added dinner, closer to the date of your stay you can use our online booking calendars to reserve a time in the restaurant before you arrive. These calendars can be found on the Eat & Drink page of your chosen hotel.
I want to bring my 2 and 7 year old children, do we pay for them?
A child in relation to our policy is aged 12 years or under, a guest aged 13 years or above will be classed as an adult.
Up to 2 children aged 12 or under stay free when sharing a room with two adults – a single supplement may be charged where there is only one adult in the room. Rooms of a sufficient size for up to 4 people are subject to availability. Upgrade charges for larger rooms may apply. Upgrade prices start from £10.
Meals for children aged 6 and over are paid for as taken – Children can choose from the children’s menu or dine from the adults menu at the full price. A children’s breakfast will be charged at £5.00 per child.
Children aged 5 and under eat free of charge.
All children can join our ‘Hallmark Crew’ to receive free drinks throughout their stay, activity packs, balloons and wristbands.
