The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills with a real eye for detail and a sixth sense for anticipating our guest’s needs. Being the first point of contact you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check in and check out experience for our guests and have the confidence to handle guest enquiries in an efficient and calm manner both face to face and over the telephone.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position using a PMS system Opera (or similar) and have the desire to build their career within the hospitality industry.
This role will be based as a casual contract potentially working five out of seven days which could including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
