The hotel holds 41 beautiful bedrooms and is a popular destination for weddings, celebrations and corporate dinners, with one of their stunning suites holding up to 200 delegates.
An exciting opportunity has risen for an Operations Manager to join an incredible team at Sefton Park Hotel, working in partnership with the General Manager and overseeing all hotel operations. We are looking for a team player that drives customer satisfaction and service standards.
As the active No 2. within the property you will have a visible and involved presence across the hotel, actively supporting teams with all areas of the business. The property has a strong presence for wedding functions, so a candidate with experience in managing similar operations is ideal.
·You will be an adaptable, hands on Operations Manager within a similar sized property
·Strong F&B/ C&E background
·Passionate about standards and driving the team to exceed quality
·Will be a key ambassador across the hotel, passionately promoting the hotel
·Excellent communication skills
·Manage and lead the team through periods of change with an authentic and genuine demeanour
·Strong ability to work under pressure
·Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the hotel
