Within this role you will be expected to follow through any meeting and events from enquiry stage to completed event and final invoicing.
Our Meetings and Events team are dedicated to bringing events to life and turning dreams into reality and thrive on creating an unforgettable guest experience.
Based in our busy Meetings and Events office, you will be at the hub of all departmental activity.
You will work well under pressure with an accurate and consistent approach to customer service and departmental requirements.
With excellent communication skills, you will be passionate about people with the confidence to liaise via telephone and in person, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue through up-selling. The role involves taking initiative and being pro-active as you will be responsible for responding to client requests and enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
This post requires the candidate to be flexible and dedicated to the hospitality profession ideally working full time, 5 days over 7 although we could be open to consideration of flexible working options.
