You will be responsible for motivating the team, communicating with all departments and managing the operation, ensuring all standards are met with a keen attention to detail. The role includes duty management responsibilities which involves supervising other Food and Beverage outlets throughout the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have operational management and conference & banqueting experience from a quality hospitality environment. Experience in large, busy banqueting operations would be beneficial as our largest function suite can host up to 360 guests for dinner, alongside 2 further function suites catering for up to 300 people at any one time. This will ideally suit an Assistant Manager who is looking for their first HOD role.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the personality to motivate and delegate effectively. You will be hands on manager with an excellent focus on attention to detail. An “I can” attitude is imperative with in this role.
