As such our chef’s have developed several delicious, healthy recipes for you to enjoy, including sirloin steak with woodland mushrooms, baked whole sea bass and parsnip soup with ginger.
We've also enlisted our leisure teams to develop a series of quick and easy desk exercises to help you stay active throughout the working day, and to alleviate the dreaded ‘Office Syndrome’.
