Terms & conditions
- Only one entry per person per social media post.
- The promoter is Hallmark Hotels registered as Topland Hotels (No. 14) Ltd, 105 Wigmore Street, London.
- Employees (and their families) of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
- There are 6 x monthly prizes to be one – first draw will take place on 1st October 2018, final draw to take place on 1st March 2019. The prize will be a £50 Virgin Experience voucher. No cash alternative. Subject to availability. Hallmark Hotels reserves the right to alter the contents of the prize package according to stock availability.
- To participate in the prize draw, entrants are required post a photo on either Twitter or LinkedIn with the hashtag #HallmarkMoments from 10th August 2018 to 1st March 2019. The photo must be demonstrating how the participant is using their Virgin Experience voucher received for booking a meeting or event with Hallmark Hotels.
- Any entry that is illegible, lost or misplaced, incomplete or fraudulent, or which otherwise does not comply with these rules, will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the promoter.
- The winners will be the drawn randomly on the 1st of each month. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified no later than 2 working days after the prize draw. If the winners do not respond within 2 working days of the notification being sent, Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and choose alternative winners (and so on until the prize is fulfilled).
- Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
- The names of the winners will be available until 7th September 2018, and can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Hallmark Hotels Support Centre, 21 Midland Rd, Derby, DE1 2SL.
