The MERLOT Suite
A contemporary choice for clients requiring a larger event facility, with it’s own private bar and reception area. The Merlot Suite is located on the ground floor with direct disabled access. This room has a light, airy and modern feel and is completely self contained.
The Merlot Suite accommodates up to 140 guests for a sit down meal and 200 for an evening reception.
Minimum numbers for Saturday weddings:
- 140 wedding breakfast
- 200 evening reception
Minimum numbers for midweek weddings:
- 100 wedding breakfast
- 150 evening reception
The SAUVIGNON Suite
Adjacent to a pleasant garden area with a spacious reception and private bar facilities. The Sauvignon Suite has full disabled access, stylish décor and furnishings which make this room an ideal choice for events of any description. The Sauvignon Suite accommodates up to 120 guests for a sit down meal and 180 for an evening reception.

- 100 evening reception

- 80 evening reception
The SHIRAZ Suite
A stylish, intimate suite with it’s own bar and private garden. The Shiraz Suite at Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth accommodates up to 60 for a sit down meal and 100 for an evening reception.

EVENING RECEPTIONS
Should you wish to hold your wedding later in the day and therefore only require either a wedding breakfast or evening buffet then there would be a function room hire charge applicable as follows:
