Hallmark Hotels Goes Mobile
Hallmark Hotels launches new mobile booking website to streamline guests’ booking experience.
The six-strong collection of contemporary hotels developed the mobile friendly website in response to the increasing numbers of people accessing the website from mobile platforms such as the iPhone, Android devices and new Windows Phone 7 platform.
The new portal allows prospective guests to quickly select a hotel and book in just a couple of clicks. Guests can also view key information on the hotels; such as location, facilities and even a gallery of images. They can also link directly to Google Maps to get directions to the hotel.
The booking process has been made simpler too, with the facility to check availability and book as well as look up an existing reservation. The mobile site will continue the main website’s promise of offering the best available rate at all times, meaning that customers booking direct will be certain of receiving the best value stay possible.
