Meetings and events

The first requirement for a successful business event is a flexible, well-equipped meeting space. At the Hallmark Welcombe, we have that and much, much more. There are 11 well-equipped meeting rooms in total – so whether your event is a board meeting or private dinner for three or four directors, or a conference for 250 employees, we’ve got you covered.

Our chef and kitchen brigade have devised a number of delicious buffet menus for you to choose from. They will also be happy to tailor a menu to suit your event.


On top of that we have excellent facilities to help ensure your group looks forward to and enjoys your meeting or conference. These include golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa and extensive grounds.

We are happy to organise other events within the estate – such as clay pigeon shooting, off-road motoring and archery – which are all ideal for team-building or corporate entertaining.

Our dedicated conference team will help you plan and manage the event, so you and your company can approach the day confident in the knowledge that everything will run smoothly. The team will offer you one of our packages or tailor something to suit your specific requirements.

Central location, fully equipped

Hallmark Hotels The Welcombe is in an excellent, central position with good access from the M40 and A46. Birmingham Airport is just 27 miles away.

The Hotel benefits from WiFi throughout all event spaces and bedrooms. There is ample car parking and even a helipad.

As one of the main organisers of a summer ball for 200 people on July 5th this year I wanted to tell you about this fantastic venue! The first day we decided to book this venue I knew it was going to be the right place. All of the staff were all helpful, friendly but also very professional.

Everything went according to plan, no problems at all. We were all absolutely delighted with the food, the quality of the wine, the service and the staff.
