We have nine different rooms, many of them purpose-built for conferences and training sessions, and with cloakrooms and bar. All of the rooms are well equipped with AV, screens and internet access.
The Merlot Suite
With capacity for up to 500 delegates, this is suitable for major conferences. The large exterior doors and reinforced floor make the room ideal for events such as car launches. The Merlot Suite is completely self-contained with a private bar, reception area and washroom facilities.
The Sauvignon Suite
Overlooking a lovely garden, this room makes an ideal setting for conferences requiring the flexibility of access to additional syndicate and break-out areas. The suite, which has capacity for up to 160 delegates theatre-style, has good natural daylight and full disabled access. The outdoor spaces are perfect for team building or refreshment breaks in summer.
The Merlot and Sauvignon Suites both offer partition walls to make them into smaller meeting spaces, offering flexible options for your events.
The Pinotage Suite
A more traditional events suite on the first floor with capacity for up to 200 delegates theatre-style. It is self-contained with a spacious reception, break-out area and good natural daylight.
The Executive Boardroom
A purpose-built luxury boardroom featuring 8-hour comfort chairs and interactive plasma screen. Ideal for board meetings and private dining for up to 16 people.
