If you're planning a party of celebration experience is crucial. The team at Hallmark Hotel Manchester Airport has spent years helping to organise and manage everything from landmark birthday celebrations and wedding anniversaries to christenings, graduations and school proms. We’ve also hosted charity and sporting dinners. In other words, name the function and, almost certainly, we’ve got the experience and the passion to make it a huge success.

Our reputation is partly down to our dedicated coordinators, who have a stellar track record in planning and running all sorts and sizes of celebration. They work hand-in-hand with our exceptional kitchen or with tried, trusted and tested external caterers, to deliver banquets, buffets and canapés.

Along with the team we have the facilities. Our nine different rooms can host everything from an intimate dinner for family and friends in our Wine Cellar to a high octane party for 350 guests in our light airy coolly contemporary Merlot Suite with its spectacular lighting, along with just about every type of celebration and event in between.

Lunchtimes -  £24.00 per person | Evenings - £30.00 per person 

Prices are based on a minimum of 10 people. Private dining is available in the wine cellar for booking’s over 20 people

Main courses

  • Breast of chicken, Parma ham, asparagus, grain mustard sauce
  • Featherblade of beef
  • Fillet of sea bass, crushed new potatoes, sun-blushed tomato and olive tapenade dressing
  • Butternut squash and sage risotto
  • All dishes apart from the sea bass are served with fondant potatoes, wrapped green beans and carrots

To finish
