Planning a party or special celebration? Experience is crucial if it’s to run smoothly and the team at the Hallmark Hotel Manchester Airport has spent years helping organize and manage everything from landmark birthday celebrations and wedding anniversaries to christenings, graduations and school proms. We’ve also hosted charity and sporting dinners. In other words, name the function and, almost certainly, we’ve got the experience and the passion to make it a huge success.

Our reputation is partly down to our dedicated coordinators, whose contact books overflow with the best local suppliers for everything from room decorators to musicians, and who have a stellar track record in planning and running all sorts and sizes of celebration. They work hand-in-hand with our exceptional kitchen or with tried, trusted and tested external caterers, to deliver banquets, buffets and canapés.

Along with the staff we have the facilities. The extremely versatile facilities. Our nine different rooms  – yes, nine – can host everything from an intimate dinner for family and friends in our Wine Cellar to a high octane party for 350 guests in our light airy coolly contemporary Merlot Suite with its spectacular lighting, along with just about every type of celebration and event in between.

Of course, the Hallmark Hotel Manchester Airport has 88 cracking rooms, nine of them configured for families, should your guests wish to stay over and drain every last drop of enjoyment from the party. Add in its fabulous location – our leafy grounds are just three miles from the northern air hub with amazing motorway connections – and our fabulous spa for professional hair and make up, (and recovery therapies!) and it’s small wonder we’re such a popular choice for all types of celebration.
