Using the finest freshest local ingredients – Scotland’s West Coast is a generous host providing the likes of red snapper, salmon and superb prawns – the modern British and European menu is drizzled with spicy favourites from further afield.
Prepare your taste buds for homegrown classics from beer battered fish to pie and mash, alongside dishes such as arancini, bouillabaisse and pork schnitzel, and occasional exotic favourites from further afield including slow-cooked Moroccan-style lamb with couscous, harissa and tahini youghurt, and a Goan prawn curry. If you’ve any room left deserts include a fabulous tarte tatin and Belgian chocolate cheesecake.
