We have five different rooms – with capacities varying from ten in the Executive Boardroom right through to 220 in our unique Ballroom. So whether you’re planning a small gathering of senior management or a full-scale sales conference with a gala dinner in the evening, we can accommodate your needs.

Why not talk things through with one of our dedicated event coordinators? We’ll work hard to understand your objectives and we’ll develop a plan with you to ensure you achieve them.

Accommodation for all your delegates
If your delegates need to stay overnight, we have plenty of great value bedrooms – 70 altogether – including singles and Executive Rooms. All of our rooms have free WiFi so you can keep on top of your emails throughout your stay.

Great food, regular refreshments
We’ll keep your people refreshed throughout your meetings with regular coffees and mineral water. We also have an outstanding choice of buffet and sit-down meals for you to select from.

Accessible location
The Hallmark Hotel Carlisle is close to the M6 and adjacent to Carlisle railway station, so it’s easy to get to. There are some wonderful team-building opportunities in this area.
