As you would expect at a hotel so close to the North East coast of Scotland, our chefs are committed to sourcing, cooking and serving fresh, seasonal, local ingredients, seafood features highly on our varied menu. We serve fresh rope-grown mussels, Scottish smoked salmon, a delicious seafood brochette as well as other classic grills, pasta and salads.

The stylish and informal brasserie is perfect for a quiet meal for two, as well as a bigger celebration or business dinner – making it a popular spot for both local residents, local business guests and hotel guests.

Brasserie open seven days a week
Monday to Friday, 5.30am – 10am and 6.30 pm – 9.30 pm
Saturday 6.30am – 10.30am and 6.30pm – 9.30pm
Sunday 7.30am – 10.30am and 6.30pm – 9.30pm

Would definitely recommend for stopovers

We arrived late, helpful staff arranged hot chocolate and fresh milk for my girls, the rooms were warm, cosy and of a very high standard. 
The breakfast the next morning was brilliant, and hats off the the chef who could continue putting out pancakes faster than my wee one could eat them.
