You will receive the highest standard of product and service including:

  • Immediate acknowledgment of all enquiries and a response within an agreed timescale.
  • One point of contact to handle all of your event details.
  • A member of the Events Team for support and advice throughout your stay.
  • No hidden extras. All prices will be simply presented in plain English, so they are clearly understood.
  • Meeting room set up as requested, at least 30 minutes prior to your event, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Delivery of messages and faxes to the meeting room or other agreed points within 10 minutes of receipt.
  • Refreshment breaks and meals will start and finish as per timescales previously agreed.
  • Final invoice within one week of your event, clearly reflecting the written quotation, plus any extra charges you have authorised.
