Immediate acknowledgment of all enquiries and a response within an agreed timescale.
One point of contact to handle all of your event details.
A member of the Events Team for support and advice throughout your stay.
No hidden extras. All prices will be simply presented in plain English, so they are clearly understood.
Meeting room set up as requested, at least 30 minutes prior to your event, unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery of messages and faxes to the meeting room or other agreed points within 10 minutes of receipt.
Refreshment breaks and meals will start and finish as per timescales previously agreed.
Final invoice within one week of your event, clearly reflecting the written quotation, plus any extra charges you have authorised.
