How do you know if you have a valid Best Booking Guarantee claim?
Did you make a reservation on the Hallmark Hotels website?
A reservation must have been made through www.hallmarkhotels.co.uk and you must have a valid confirmation number
Did you search for and choose the Best Available Rate?
When you searched for a room in our booking engine, you must have selected the ‘Best Available Rate’ option
Did you find a lower rate on an opposing website within 24 hours of your Hallmark Hotels reservation?
Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of substantiation.
Is that lower rate for the same type of accommodation?
The competing website must offer the same hotel, the same type of room(s), same dates and length of stay, and same number of guests.
If you answered yes to all of the above, you may have a valid claim.
