How can I cancel my booking?
If you’ve booked a Hallmark one-night room only, bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast package, you can cancel your stay up to 48 hours prior to arrival without being charged anything. If you’ve booked a best available rate, room only, bed and breakfast, dinner bed and breakfast, you can cancel up to 2pm on the day of arrival without any charges being made. Please call your chosen hotel directly to cancel. If you don’t manage to cancel your stay, then the credit card you used to guarantee your booking will be used to charge for your first night’s stay. If you book any of the Hallmark Hotel offers or the Hallmark pre-pay package, then payment is taken for your stay when you book and is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
What is the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in time at your Hallmark Hotel is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. It is possible for you to organise an early check-in or a late check-out for £30. You can add this to your booking by calling your chosen hotel before your stay begins. If you turn up for your stay before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage with our concierge and enjoy a drink or bite in the Brasserie or bar before the check-in time.
How do I access the WiFi?
WiFi is free, unlimited and fast at all Hallmark Hotels. It’s ideal for downloading emails, browsing the website catching up on social media. There will be plenty of information around the hotel to help you login to the WiFi but if you have any queries during your stay, please contact reception.

I only booked bed and breakfast and now we want to add dinner to our stay, how do we go about doing this?
You’ve made a great decision choosing to add dinner to your break. We pride ourselves on our quality of food served in friendly and relaxed brasseries by our top notch team. To add dinner to your stay simply contact your chosen hotel before your stay to take advantage of a discounted dinner price. Of course, you can wait until you arrive at the hotel but we strongly recommend you book in advance to get a much better dinner deal.
I want to bring my 2 and 7 year old children, do we pay for them?
Up to two children aged 12 and under can share your bedroom at no extra cost. You’ll just have to pay for their meals as taken. During peak times and school holidays, we may not have enough rooms suitable for all 4 of you, so there may be a small price to pay to upgrade to a larger bedroom. These prices will start from £10. The upgrade prices do differ by hotel. Please check your individual hotel for exact prices. Children’s packs vary a little by hotel as some have chosen to upgrade. I would suggest we put copy in here – All children can join our ‘Hallmark Crew’ to receive free drinks throughout their stay, activity packs, balloons and wristbands.
